I think we haven’t realised how busted the squad is…I wouldn’t be surprised if McDonald and Sneyd dropped out. We didn’t do too badly against Wigan …if we’d have completed for 20 rather than endless errors and some professional cheating aided by a doubtful ref. It’d have been a v tight game
But another weeks rest after this so

We’ve had proper academies for years we just don’t promote Look at I think 2018 and 2019 when Martin gleeson was academy head coach we won the league and I believe some players was given first team contracts but if i remember correctly some or most never played a first team game that season If I was a young player and im in selection to play a first team game id be absolutely buzzing and doing whatever I can to get picked but if i dont then okay let’s hope they will be another chance coming soon and if that chance doesn’t come again id be fuming that i didnt get a proper chance to prove myself No we’ve not we have the collage but that’s a million miles of a proper elite academy which we’ve just got back ( thank the dr for that ) the reserves is starting to bear fruits but you can’t just through kids in who aren’t ready all at once 1 or 2 fine Okay so we had some sort of academy ( foundation run )after the dr and vickers got rid of the main academy still the point that we have had some sort of academy but still not promote or give any a chance but let’s see what team gets put out on Sunday |

My point is that the best teams all play at least 4 maybe 5 Props in the 17. Thinking we can run around Super League teams is fantasy. Hope it’s four props tomorrow plus Foster. |
