Agree C, but I think one of the other issues is that our fb , great in attack, but wasn’t a natural fb, and doesn’t often follow the ball across..aka the sliding defence As you know if it isn’t instinct a moments hesitation and it’s gone But Leigh do have a lot of variations out wide and difficult to defend against; good in attack. Be interesting to see how Wigan defend against it Even with forwards missing I cannot see that Leigh team troubling Wigan the pies backline is much better. I am pleased Hanley has got a shot he has taken his chance, most of Leighs backline in 30 plus. I would have Hanley and Lam at Salford that's for sure. |
