I think Dixons point is it’s built on sand!yes at the moment everything is going great for Leigh but who is to say that one day he doesn’t go off on one of his sulks and takes his money with him?!rugby league is not a sport to get involved in to make money that’s why we’re a mess it’s a benefactor sport without that no chance!

It does beg the question why some have not shifted their allegiance?

Looks like we might have to sell players What makes you think that? It's okay found the answer ....
If players are sold once again it won't just be a reason for giving up on SRD it will be absolutely necessary for giving up on RL as a sport altogether, and once and for all.
And if they are circling it would be better to move on.

I like it that the club seem to be in resistance mode and publishing the fixture list is a good move..
the swirling news around never helps as it is geared towards the dramatic
I've always been a champion of RL but I think if SRD go under because of this I'll desert altogether.

1 how much can we get for King V 2 just shows how clubs vote for self interest, and not for good of game as a whole, and sad to say it will be time "for giving up on RL as a sport altogether.."

Yes, two points in particular: Between the RL media and whoever informed them created a crisis, an eathquake. famine and flood or in other words "Let's make the situation as problematic as we can!"
If the investor story comes to fruition they'll have to work much to make disasters out of molehills.

If I was still on The Total Forum I would be offering my RL shirt and book collection right now free to anyone prepared to pay postage!

Phew! "4. Salford Red Devils will make the top six again They defied all odds to finish inside the top four in 2024 and now Salford Red Devils will be hoping to do exactly that in 2025 as well. Head coach Paul Rowley will want to bow out with a bang as a director of rugby role awaits him at the end of next season, and whilst everyone continues to predict a Salford downfall, the club continues to rally and impress. Marc Sneyd and Jayden Nikorima will be better for their half-season partnership in the last campaign, whilst new recruits Esan Marsters, Chris Hill, Joe Bullock and Justin Sangare will add firepower up front." We're doomed Mind you look where it's from www.totalrl.com/five-bold-predictions-for-the-2025-super-league-season/

To the people of the city and county palatine of Lancaster Greetings! Know ye that this day, November 27th in the year of our Lord Two Thousand and Twenty Four, the 3rd year of the reign of His Majesty King Charles 1II, Duke of Lancaster, is Lancashire Day Know ye also, and rejoice, that by virtue of His Majesty's County Palatine of Lancaster, the citizens of the Hundreds of Lonsdale, North and South of the Sands, Amounderness, Leyland, Blackburn, Salford and West Derby are forever entitled to style themselves Lancastrians. Throughout the County Palatine, from the Furness Fells to the River Mersey, from the Irish Sea to the Pennines, this day shall ever mark the people's pleasure in that excellent distinction - true Lancastrians, proud of the Red Rose and loyal to our Sovereign Duke. GOD BLESS LANCASHIRE AND GOD SAVE THE KING, DUKE OF LANCASTER.
