Now that's the type of positive we need, the future of the club needs to be the academy/youth structure. The more we invest in this the better the future looks.

That's fantastic news for the Club and all those that have worked hard to get the best possible grade. It shows how the Club is finally switched-on to develop over the long term. Something that was crying out for decades but only been realised over the last few years. The long term benefits will be massive for the Club. Pathways for the most talented boys to gradually climb the ladder and the impact on the salary cap for us could be huge further down the line. More homegrown talent means more cash for those special players. Great stuff.
