Thing is though if the worse happens would the club try and retain some of the shower we saw Friday or would the players we'd want to keep stay even if the money was the same?

LINK If true MK gets filed under some we knew who legged it before achieving or realising any of his goals and joining the diggers which is, of course a treasonable offence! As you'll know I'm far from being a Doc critic but leaving us in the lurch and hopping it to Oz, is beyond any cruelty. |

Said 3 yrs ago when I saw him in the NFL Mantellato should have been a target.
I hope we are more active in finding quality players from the lower divisions, they seem hungrier, the young hooker from York for me would be a good start.
Id like to see us to try and bring Ryan Brierley back home also.
Sam Moa is Super League bound again would be the ideal foil for Koppy.

I think the most important signing will be Sheens replacement, still amazed he has gone back to a head coaches position and especially when yesterday's result was always a possibility.
Bringing in a non rugby background CEO is as important, for all his enthusiasm the Doc makes mistakes he shouldn't, he should be the figurehead but leave the running of the club to the professionals and join us for a pint in the stands 😎

Absolutely. This could be way off the mark, but it looks like a lot of the improvements at the club, until the points deduction debacle, were down to having that bridge between Koukash and the playing staff. He clearly needs someone to steer his undoubted enthusiasm on the right direction. A social media and red wine manager might not be a bad idea either.
