Well this is likely to be a season defining game, we win it’s top 6 an astonishing achievement given how we entered the 2024 season. I’d love to see us finish 4th with a home play off tie.
As for Saturday we need to beat this poor FC side by at least 20 points. Dereks gobbing off about the black and whites is to get a reaction given we’re their competition for 4th place. Same attitude and effort needed as we saw against Cats this Saturday.

This is certainly the top moment irrespective of Hull's issues it will not be a forgone conclusion.

Keep discipline, no yellow cards, no penalties and keep defending like the last match

We have got to be confident Hull were embarrassed against an average Leeds team. Got to go there to defend hard and then use our superior attack. Hull are worse than an improving London side.

One thing is for sure...do not go into the game complacent...we have seen what happened at Cas, Leigh & Hudds where comments suggested that we should win and by how many etc...this is not going to be easy....Hull will try there level best and are in danger of finishing bottom if points difference comes into play. They beat Wigan at home and too be honest anything can happen. If we score first then I will put us down for a win but dont underestimate the Hull team. They were humiliated by Leeds last time out but different kettle of fish at home.

The comments by Beaumont will probably rile them up too (which actually benefits him)

"Dear me, Auntie Beeb, who are showing the match live on BBC2? 'This is the last round of Superleague matches before the playoffs,' as it says in there TV guide. I know Wigan isn't that appealing on a Friday night, but... Also, the BBC Sport website has kick-off at 3 p.m.
When it's 5:05 p.m. or 17:05, depending on those who were going to turn up in Hull for a 5 a.m. kick-off."

I've taken six Cocodamol tablets in the last twelve hours for a sore ankle, so maybe my head's a bit floaty. I believe I hallucinated that you wrote, "The referee is Aaron Moore .

There's no reason not to have confidence in this squad apart from SRD's ability to let sides they shouldn't get the better of them!

Let's not forget the last couple of seasons when we played away at Castleford and Wakefield. They hadn't won a game all season until they beat us.
"Let's not be overconfident; we still have to count the votes."
To quote Harold Washington.
