The club will be holding a meeting, open to all supporters to discuss the Elite Academy and the Youth/Reserves Pathway.
The meeting will be held on Monday 8th July at the players room at the stadium for a 7-30pm start.
Paul King and Paul Trainor will be attending and they will hopefully have the new head of youth in place to attend also.
Refreshments will be available on the night (tea, coffee, soft drink & biscuits).
The return of an Elite Development Academy is what all supporters have been asking for. It will cost money though, so everyone's support will be needed. We are looking for as many supporters as possible together to attend on the night where the Club’s plans are outlined.
This is a major development by the club and your support will be vital We are looking for a sizeable attendance on the night.
Please attend if you can and let’s see how we can all help the Club to get back to producing our own players.

The clubs have just out comms out on Mondays meeting is anyone going on Monday night ?? It’s at the stadium commencing at 7.30pm

Why would Trainor and King affect anybody’s attendance….but golfing anyway MTR
Not sure what the meeting is about anyway….id have thought if a bid had been made that there is a Plan of execution to fulfil that bid…unless it’s a ‘we need money’ meeting again

We need but Supporters Trust and private funding. |

Positive meeting last night. I believe an update will be shared in the next few days by one of the media lads so will post any links/info here when we have it for those that don't follow Twitter etc.

There was a good attendance there last night and the amount of work that must have been going on behind the scenes over a long period of time is a credit to the people on the board and others who have assisted.
I feel that the club is in good hands at present and the future looks bright.

What was the purpose of the meeting? An update for the Supporters Trust given their outstanding work funding pathways, the Academy structure was disclosed and objectives. We might even sign a few players on soon JJR 😉 |

The only worry I would have is if someone is saying it costs 200,000 to run where we getting that from when we’re living month to month now as a club?!

The costs would grow over time so Y1 would be a lot less and then build as the infrastructure builds. The club are looking to secure sponsors to cover the costs. |
