100% need a stadium update, anyone going please push this as number 1 topic over everything. Still unsure how there was no discussion on this at the supporters trust meeting recently

The club haven’t responded because there wasn’t a response to give. They’re not control of the process so it is pointless updating the fan base with no new news. I’m sure there’ll be something said tonight and if there is I’ll update the forum later👍

As even a holding statement from the club would be welcomed following all the crisis rhetoric we had a few months ago.

Has Andy Rosler run over your cat? V droll OS; assume you consider it wrong to ask how things stack up in the running of the Community Club I don't think you help yourself by referring to the board as "the unelected Rosler board". Simply call it "the board". You'll get a lot less grief.

There seems to be two Boards T, that’s my confusion…elected and unelected. I don’t see it as grief, we all see the world thro different eyes but then there are ‘Board’ members on here, of course There’s reference been made recently to zBoard members who haven’t been elected
I do get confused T with the words ownership, community, elected etc being freely banded about; I wonder what the overall situation is, who owns what, who’s now negotiating with the City Council, etc. ,

As far as the stadium update is concerned then the deal is ‘expected’ to conclude in July though there is no firm timeline to this. Peel is a very difficult organisation to deal with as they’re constantly looking to eke out every last drop of income out of the deal. This delay is causing huge frustration within the club but more importantly it’s putting the finances of the club under massive pressure and makes the club vulnerable. The way to counter that is get fans, fellow share owners, friends and family to buy tickets as that is the best way to boost revenue.

This is the problem we’re constantly on a knife edge, from July we have 5home games left so I’m afraid come October we will be in exactly the same place as last year with having to sell players because frankly we will not make enough money from July and that’s a big if that deal goes through July!

Paul king keeps talking about a commercial deal that’s worth a lot of money when the stadium deal is signed but refuses to name them to the deal is done surely if this deal was real we wouldn’t be so vulnerable as we would know it’s coming!the problem is for our club it’s proven we don’t get enough through the gate so to keep saying get family and friends to buy etc won’t keep us afloat as not enough do hence why you need good commercial deals it’s not rocket science!
