No ban for King. Hopefully puts it right v Warrington Was a harsh card , King just grabbed a leg and moved round with it Does make you wonder if the ref gets any “feedback” or moved to a lower profile game this week

Makes you wonder why he was sent off in that case. On field ref was clearly told by the video ref that he should be sent off. The video ref could see the same as the disciplinary committee, presumably. So it is the video ref who should be given the ‘feedback’. Good job we weren’t playing a top team and conceded a try to lose the match at the death because of the sending off.

At the time I also thought a penalty would be about right.

We were poor on Saturday in terms of our attack, London are probably one of the worst teams I have seen in Super League. The defence seemed more committed than v Cas and was solid against a poor London side. I thought Partington did well and played 80 mins, Nene looked dangerous as did Lafai. Cross was much improved 2nd half. As for King what an utter liability he is, gives a penalty away and then tip tackles are player already tackled, his stupidity deserved a red. Our edge attack still looks poor, Ryan was very quiet during the game, we are missing Sio big time on the wing. I am also a bit disappointed in Cust, looked to show promise in pre season but everything goes through Sneyd. We need more from Cust if he wants the 6 shirt. I assume the Coach had Toilets ?. Or they could have been lots of bottles of Lorry drivers Tizer.

When I saw the incident, I thought at max it would be ten minutes. Certainly a penalty, but never a red card. Seems I wasn't the only one. Big one for us, as we'll need his size against the Wolves.

We need his size but I hope he gets his attitude right

TBH I think King gets a bit of unwarranted stick, and the good things he does go either unnoticed or are not given any credence.

I agree. I think he has improved his technique a lot this year. I think he has had one sin bin for tackling a player without the ball when that player looked like he was about to receive it, and now this where he has been found not guilty. His reputation is his biggest problem.

It annoys me because he’s by far are hardest running and most effective prop but the off games he has are bad like cass he made 7 meters I believe and looked shattered. If we are to win games we need him playing well

Fair play his tackling has improved by far, he does run hard in a number of games….but then….no consistency Perhaps he’s better no starting but coming on as 1st change
