Stand out stats for me are Josh Jones with 43 Tackles and George Griffin with 40 Tackles. Proper graft. Carney with 184m and Tomkins with a surprising 73m. Carney again with 4 tackle busts shows how he's maintaining his 'Beast' nickname. Lui's stats across the board are decent reading.

Christ on a bike just finished saying Carney didn't look 100% fit, can't wait to see him on dry fast pitches.

The most carries out of the team with 19 shows how different he's being used by Watson. Essentially as another forward, except with a lot more pace. He's fit, and it will be interesting to see how he goes when the weather dries everything up.

My only gripe with Carney is he always has at least 1 error in his game every week. The way he holds the ball and the speed at which he hits contact means there is always a real risk of the ball coming free. If he can reduce the errors then he would be IMO the most destructive winger in the league.

Amazing how Carney made so many metres, when you consider how little our wingers and centres seen of the ball on Saturday.
I was told some very, very good news about Justin Carney on Saturday. He's absolutely loving it at Salford.

He's absolutely loving it at Salford. I saw you tweet about that the other night. Seems like he's really settled in at our Club, and hopefully he'll be staying for the foreseeable future. Would be great to tie him down to a decent contract, especially seeing as our challenged cousins over at Castleford reckon he's signing for Wigan. It's definitely the news I'd most like to hear. Carney signs on the dotted line.
