I know the wingers aren’t the problem and none of the players are at fault but it shows that Rowly wanting the wingers coming in really doesn’t work and is costing a lot of tries so hopefully this game makes him change it

It is what Rowley coaches them to do and this highlights it even more. Some of these young lads looking ok , Glover (35) is the stand out for me. Cust looks way off it tonight |

Two things:
A game like this reveals a lot about reffing,
There was more heart in this display than some of the first team losses this season.

The amount of forward passes from Wigan was shocking but yes shows how bad the referees are
And massive well done to the players they rattled Wigan at times and could have had a few tries but let’s build on this and hope to see some of those young players have more game time next year
Another thing unlucky Wilson hopefully not a bad injury but dam he has some speed hope he’s back soon

Didn't watch as working, any stand outs from the lads that played, wanted see Pye play seen him a few times for reserves, how he get on

Pye did okay,he needs a strong off season to drop some weight and get fitter his PTB is pretty slow. Charlie glover was my MOM, but thought barydell-wells did ok until he ran out of steam, as did currie.
Couldn't tell much in morgan as we hardly had the ball and limited go forward, but he kicked ok.
A couple may get a few games next year, but this should help there development in the long term

Good start for next years second team…thought the forwards were good but the backs sadly outclassed
Morgan ineffective for me, didn’t realise how poor Cust is in attack and my MoM… Sidlow
And how does Wigans Kierghran get away with shoulder charges, high tackles and off the ball stuff without a yellow card…because he’s from Wigan
