The issue is Brierley Cust and Mellor have all been injured so the Spine has been totally disrupted…now we have yet another spine which will take time to gel And Dudson, Lewis and Bullock new to the pack..so don’t expect too much I'm expecting getting beat JJR and hammering looks to be on the cards.
The basic game strategy won't change, so can Cas disrupt the plan A and expose the fact there's no plan B?

Ok charity time is over, time for the coach and players to roll up there sleeves and start upping our game. I dont buy into this players are tired and carrying injuries, every club is in the same boat.
Paul Rowley as now got a squad they should all be singing from the same hymm book , I know certain players are not as good as first team regulars but i do think he could have rotated better so sparing our star players, thus being a little fresher for the tail end of the season. Why bring in plyers like Morgan, Foster and dixon if they are not going to be utilised, this is what a squad is there for. If he does not have faith in them why bring them in.
One of the few criticisms i have on Paul his is reluctance to give youth a chance, he does have a reliance on ageing players, they are good players dont get me wrong, but he does have backup use them.
No more giveaways like helping Robbo with his cv for the Huddersfield job, making London look a capable team, giving Cas there first win, and recently giving Hull impetus to shine. lets get ruthless no favours to Cas or Bleasey, Croft and Ackers against Leeds.

Agree with this Rowls has his favourites like Brierley who he will not drop for a game. Youth does deserve a chance, There’s no excuse for a non performance on Saturday with players coming back.

Nikorima is an off the cuff support type player it might take him a while to play in our structure but all he needs to do is keep on the inside/outside of players and just look for space to run at them

It's a new stand off that's all. It's not a new spine. We've been playing without one all season so should add to us straight away. He's also had all week to learn a few set plays. Plus sneydy is the one who has all the responsibility and moves the team around. Should come in with no pressure and get stuck in as a running threat Excited to watch him tbh

All games will be tough from here on. The lower teams have all improved, so no easy games. If we win more than we lose, we should be in the six.

Only Salford fans could argue the pitfalls of bringing in a decent key position, desperately needed, and see it as a negative...

Misread I think C; Nikorima potentially a great positive, but give him time to fit in …as you might know it’s a team game and even he has learn to play in the new spine
Be interesting to see if Cust here on Saturday and if he plays as a sub hooker or maybe Atkin?

Blimey! The chat on here is laughable at times. We are top 6 by 4 points. Yes, we’ve had a crisis of confidence and aren’t playing the rugby that we did to beat Saints (twice) and Warrington.
If we get 2 more wins, we’ll be likely in the playoffs.
It’s never easy being a Salford fan, but, let’s enjoy the ride.

We're also playing the team 3rd bottom of the league at home and yet everyone seems to be expecting a loss. Yes, we've lost 3 on the bounce and Cas have improved a lot recently but the way some on here are talking we're playing peak Penrith Panthers!😁

I am a glass half full man and if we can get back to using the ball with width instead of constant pointless driving (I include Cross in that as he seems to try and hit the biggest forward on the pitch)

I think the misreading is just social media vision TBH.
He will need time to adjust from Catalans wearin down aproach to SRD's play what you see and stick in the game model.
As for Cust, and others come to that, he'll much better off in another situation as just like KingV he has tended to be the focus of SRD fan's diappointment and annoyance most of it undeserved.
When you're one of the stars like Sneyd of Croft your mistakes, errors and penalties are almost never noticed and quickly forgotten.
