I’ve seen some people say that the names are very hard to make out specially if they are in the red area …. Sounds like this shirt wasn’t tested or anything before being sold

Got mine, I can just read my name and Paul Rowley😎 if your name is on the red bit or on of the adverts you have got no chance, a lot will be disappointed but the shirt is nice and the free T Shirt but I have gone for the 2XL like all the other shirts

Yep, on anything other than the white, you have no chance. It’s hard enough on the white.
Can’t find my name or the wife’s but got bored very quickly trying.
A few years ago, I got my sons names on a special edition shirt for Barnsley football club. They put them on in alphabetical order so they were easy to find.

Yes I agree. Really difficult to make out most names. I can't spot mine. Must be in the red area. Highly appropriate I suppose.
Love the shirt though. Best one for years in my opinion and generous in size. Great value especially with the tee shirt.

The names seem clearer at the top but fade as you move down.

I have heard that the bigger size shirt the better it is to read the names … anyone on here got the xl or bigger shirt

I’d like to know if the club saw a sample of the shirt before going ahead with production of the shirt …. Didn’t we do this a few years ago with names on shirt and it worked and could read all the names ??

The kids kits are clearer than the adults as they don’t have the cross pattern that the adults kits have

I found that in a certain light or at least at a certain angle, the names become clearer. I believe that the names obscured by the red sash and the logos are repeated at the bottom of the shirt

I found mine in the bottom left hand corner but it is still hard to read, the colour of the lettering could have been a bit darker and the fabric doesn't help
