Well 8th. Quite impressed and I think the club, our club's officials deserve praise for this.

Question is how to we get more points to get a grade A They could start by granting us a proper academy status.

But could we afford one C…maybe not. The answer is yes JJR we have applied before as have Leigh. The RFL Love Child Bradford have one and they are very poorly run.

Hats off to the board, I say. They have adapted quickly to the new reality of IMG grading and prioritised maximising the club's position under it. Just imagine what a club being this well run could do if it had any money. It would be lovely to have a few seasons where we're not walking a financial tightrope. Let's hope the stadium situation and match funding bid come to something meaningful.
I will say this, for all that it hurts to see good players leave when nobody wants them to, and scrabbling about on a reduced budget to make the grade, the pain of nearly losing the club a decade ago dwarfs all of this. When I walked up to the ground for that Swinton friendly just before Koukash emerged, we all genuinely believed that was the end. This was going to be the last match, and the club was about to be wound up and gone forever. Paul King and co rightly put the future survival and sustainability of the club ahead of everything else. The most important thing in sport is that there's always next week, always that hope for the future, and the thought that there wouldn't be for Salford was far worse than losing any player or match will ever be.

All this IMG planning has obviously been on the go for the past couple of years. If you go back to the initial announcement about the mooted ground swap with Salford City, I remember Paul King talking about getting through the next couple of years as there were massive structural changes coming up in the British game. He said those couple of years were all about making sure we effectively "made the cut". The fact we've managed to make a playoff SF and been comfortably clear of relegation in those 2 years speaks volumes for the way PK & the board have managed the club through such a difficult time.
I've got nothing but admiration for the work they've done and the position they've got us into.👋👋👋

I’m with you on that the board and staff have done amazing getting us to finals and letting us live a dream and getting us grade b It is a shame that certain people don’t get celebrated or praised I say the same goes with Ian Watson he deserves praise for what he managers to achieve with the squads he had

The img grade has been released rather surprising with the stadium I think Not sure what the community one is about does it mean we aren’t active in the community much ??

The community was scores out of 2.5 so we scored highly on this primarily due to the development of teams such as LDRL, PDRL, Women’s team etc. Also, the work the Foundation do is incredible!

And of course the phenomenal record of the team…which probably will be hard to maintain next season
