This is going ahead next week. Obviously there will be a lot of interest so I might not be able to pose all of the questions.
Post your questions below.
Thanks.

Where does he think we'd have been if we had got Tim in from the start.
Is he still actively looking to invest on the clubs behalf on the stadium surrounds.
Where are the club on recruitment for 2017?
Can we get the Doc to put the Doctor Devil suit on for one game ;-)

How will you build on recent improvements in links with local community clubs? What plans do you have for improving the academy set up? Will there be an increase in the marketing budget and activity? The foundation seems to be doing a great job. How do they link to the overall running of the club?

Apart from general misgivings , and RFL treatment of the club and you Doc, in what ways would the SL clubs be materially better off without the RFL?

Are you confident that having Sports Resolutions in charge of the appeal will ensure a fair tribunal? What do you anticipate the outcome will be?

A lot has improved at the club since you came in, such as players, coaching staff and training facilities, what are your plans to improve the business side of the club in terms of the office and the PR and marketing?

Hey Doc, I have an avid interest in the flat Horse Racing season, I have a flutter daily only a £3 Yankee, my returns are shockingly bad. What advice or tips on betting would you recommend?
Which is best to take into consideration. Horse, Jockey, or trainer.?
Is it a true cliche, horses for certain courses, and certain Jockeys for certain courses?

Times up! I'm discussing the questions with Marwan this evening, so check back later for his answers.

OK - I've recorded the interview with Marwan, but the recording didn't turn out great at all as the static from my mobile phone was picked up by the Dictaphone. I've got about 4 hours work ahead of me to get it fixed. Check back tomorrow! Apologies for the delay.
EDIT: The problems with the recording of the interview are making it very difficult. I will do my best to get the answers posted today.

I have not managed to decipher all of the answers given by Marwan due to interference on the Dictaphone. I will get these answers ASAP.
Where do you think we’d have been if we had got Tim Sheens in from the start of your tenure? I have no doubt that if we had had Tim from the start, a lot of the mistakes I have made could have been avoided and we would definitely be a top six side.
How will you build on recent improvements in links with local community clubs? We will continue to do this regardless of what we achieve on the field. I think the link with community clubs is something which we are improving on and expanding all of the time.
What plans do you have for improving the academy set up? We are trying to build a competitive team within the salary cap. There is no doubt that what you need is to be producing your own young players. Next year there will be more resources available for Gaz Carvell and his team. We have already started to see players coming through the system, so it is definitely something we will be making an investment in.
A lot has improved at the club since you arrived – the players, coaching staff, training facilities etc. What are your plans to improve the business side of the club in terms of PR and Marketing? Well it was always going to be a case of getting things right on the field first. We needed to have a successful team, and this year unfortunately we started the season thinking we would have that team... and we still have that team. Off the field events haven't helped us a great deal such as the six points deduction. Not only has it effected our marketing strategy, but also we have driven some new fans away from the club, and it has definitely effected our relationship with the sponsors. *the rest of this answer was impossible to decipher*
Where are the club in terms of recruitment for 2017? Because we find ourselves where we are i.e. a club that’s not guaranteed a place in the top 8, it makes it that little bit harder to go out and recruit players, so unfortunately we are going to end up being in the same situation as last year, having to wait until our Super League position is confirmed before we can do that.
What are your best and worst moments as Salford Chairman? I know that my proudest moment is taking over the club and becoming part of the club. I guess my worst moment is the decision by the RFL of deducting us the six points.
The club feels like a breath of fresh air this season compared to previous. What do you put this down to? Bringing in Tim Sheens and appointing Ian Watson . It is now an ‘idiot free’ club. We have a group of boys working for each other, and the fans do realise that it’s going to take time for them to achieve results. If you look at our results [this season] we haven’t been outplayed in many games. We have lost games by 2 or 3 points. On a few occasions you can even put it down to mistakes made my referees etc. Look at the two games against Wigan which we lost. We could have won them both easily if decisions did not go against us.
What have you found to be the biggest challenge for yourself this season? The biggest challenge is probably my fight with the RFL. I am almost convinced that they have got it in for Salford.
2 years ago we saw that there was a 14-man incident in which we had an extra player and we got deducted 2 points and fined thousands of pounds. We have seen two similar incidents. With Widnes where they had 14 men on the field twice. We have seen Rangi Chase getting banned for 7 games for a tackle, when other players doing the same against ours are getting unpunished. Now we are seeing that the RFL are using us as a scapegoat to show that they are monitoring the salary cap, whereas in reality Salford did not breach the salary cap. The RFL are very aware that there is at least one other club who has breached the cap in 2014 and they have done nothing about it. That is my biggest challenge; my biggest challenge is my fight now with the RFL.
In what ways would Super League clubs be better off without the RFL? Oh definitely, I think that the RFL uses their power of monitoring the salary cap and this is where sometimes they give someone a ban of 1 game , 4 games etc. And the financial control
What would I like to see taken away from the RFL? Firstly, the appointment of referees and the development of referees. Secondly, Super League clubs (or Super League) should be the body to monitor the salary cap. Disciplinary action should be done by a proper Independent body appointed by the Super League clubs.
Are you confident that having Sports Resolutions in charge of the appeal will ensure a fair tribunal, and what do you anticipate the outcome will be? Well I am absolutely confident that we have not breached the salary cap. I’m absolutely confident that any tribunal will show that the RFL have deliberately misled the tribunal to show that we had breached the cap. I have every confidence in the Super League and Sports Resolution as long as the RFL don’t start to change the rules of engagement, which they have been trying to do over the last three days.
What do I expect the outcome to be? We have not breached the salary cap, we have not gone over the 1.8, have we made mistakes? Yes we have made mistakes. Those are small mistakes, administrative mistakes that not only us but the RFL have made plenty of!
*Although I cannot decipher exactly what MK says next, he states that he thinks we will get our six points back*
Who is the person you most admire in the game? Well it’s definitely not Nigel Wood, Karen Moorhouse or Brian Barwick.
There are a number of people I admire; not necessarily for achieving success on the pitch , but for their commitment to the game. That includes Michael Carter the Wakefield Chairman and owner. I also admire people like Simon Moran (Warrington Wolves Chief Executive).
What advice or tips on betting would you recommend? Only bet what you can afford to lose. If anybody says to you this is a dead cert, don’t believe them. On the day there are so many factors during the running of the race that can affect the outcome.
Is it a true cliché – horses for certain courses, and certain jockeys for certain courses? Certain horses for certain courses – definitely. You can sometimes find a horse that runs great on the straights but can’t necessarily go around corners. Also, the smaller the horse, the better it is going around the corner. So yes, horses for courses is something I definitely believe in.
Certain Jockeys for certain courses – not so much. Some jockeys might have more experience on certain courses, but at the end of the day it is down to the horse and a bit of luck that’s needed to win the race.
What are the chances of naming a new horse Devil Talk? I’ve seen that question before so I might just do that!

Cheers Alan, some very good answers, did you press the Doc on what he meant in reply to the question about the outcome of the appeal when he said "I have every confidence in the Super League and Sports Resolution as long as the RFL don’t start to change the rules of engagement, which they have been trying to do over the last three days."?
Intriguing.

Intriguing. Thanks. It's taken me the best part of 8 hours to unscramble the recording of the interview, so I hope you like it! I didn't press him on the above. In retrospect I wish I did.

Cheers Alan. Top stuff, and great that MK gave his, obviously, busy time to answer our questions.

Things like this are only going to help improve the Docs profile, he has harmed it so many times in the past this is a side he should nurture.
Fingers crossed for Tim Sheens next.
